We offer flexible retreat packages with your choice of length of stay, accommodation, food package option and your selection of optional healing therapies, such as massage or professional foot reflexology. Currently, each room has only one bed, either a double or a queen. The main floor room includes a large couch that may also be used for sleeping.

Select the main floor guest suite or the upstairs VIP suite. There is also a separate single room (sunroom) available, please inquire.

• The Guest Suite (main floor) includes a double bed and large sectional couch and en-suite bathroom.
• The Master VIP Suite (upper floor) includes a queen bed and large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
• The Sunroom has a single bed and must share a bathroom (for showering). Best for a guest that is accompanying another guest.

 

The Food Package is optional with ala carte retreat packages, but it is highly recommended. We'll prepare delicious meals together that reinforce your nutritional balancing food plan. We'll make use of organic foods, raw milk and dairy, local grass fed meats, organic free range eggs, daily carrot juice, seasonal vegetables grown with ocean minerals and much more all tailored to your oxidation type. Plus natural spring water. Capture great ideas for meal planning at home!

• This 10-day Escape Retreat package is for those who wish to further strengthen and improve their understanding of the nutritional balancing program so that they can more fully integrate these new daily habits into their lives.

If you are already working with a Nutritional Balancing Practitioner, you will continue to work with that practitioner and you are welcome at our Retreats. We will coordinate with your Practitioner as may be needed to ensure a seamless experience.
